Nuggets are one of the most popular and simple foods in America, BUT they usually aren’t healthy – until now. For this recipe, we experimented with wild turkey breast meat as a white-meat alternative to traditional chicken nuggets to create a fun and healthy recipe perfect for the whole family!


2 turkey breasts

4 cups Italian breadcrumbs

2 tbsp. paprika

3 eggs


  1. Cube turkey breasts into nugget-sized squares and set aside.

  2. Mix Italian breadcrumbs and paprika in one bowl, and eggs in another bowl.

  3. Dip turkey cubes in eggs until thoroughly coated and then liberally coat in dry ingredients (breadcrumbs & paprika)

  4. Place nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket

  5. Cook for 7 minutes on 400 degrees

  6. Remove from air fryer and enjoy!
