Ingredients:

2 wild turkey breasts, ground

4 slices bacon, ground

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In grinder, grind up turkey breasts and bacon. Mix with hands after all has been ground.

Add breadcrumbs and garlic powder to ground mixture.

Use 1/2 cup measuring cup to measure 1/2 cup of ground mixture (for uniform size), then form into burgers shapes until all of the ground mixture has been made into burgers.

Heat up olive oil in frying pain. Once heated, place burgers in pan and sear, approximately 2 minutes/side.

Place seared burgers on baking sheet and place into oven until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees (~ 10 minutes, but monitor closely).

Remove from oven and enjoy!
