Ingredients:

  • 1.5# cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved or chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl and incorporate thoroughly.
  • Place in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
