Ingredients:

2 pounds raw shrimp, tail removed

3 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. seafood seasoning

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 green onions, chopped

1 small red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:

Preheat grill to medium high, approximately 375 degrees.

In a food processor, add 2/3 of the total shrimp.

Add garlic, paprika, mustard, salt, seafood seasoning, and cayenne pepper to the food processor. Pulse a few times to begin to mix. Add 1/2 of green onion and 1/2 of bell pepper. Puree until mostly smooth. Transfer into a mixing bowl.

Finely chop the remaining shrimp, bell pepper, and green onion. Add to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Shape mixture into 6 patties evenly. Place in refrigerator and chill for 15 minutes.

Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip, and then cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Remove from grill and serve with your favorite burger toppings!
