Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Shipping

StHealthy Hunter offers shipping to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are via USPS and are applied at checkout. We offer ground and express shipping. All shipping prices are based on the total weight of products bought.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States for any physical products including CBD products.

Digital products can be purchased and will be sent via online delivery.

Returns & Refunds

StHealthy offers a 15-day return policy. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, no returns or exchanges will be authorized.

Return Process

All returns require initial approval and proof of purchase. Please email a copy of your receipt along with your reason for requesting the return to info@sthealthyhunter.com. You will receive a response generally within 2-3 business days.

Once your return is approved, please package and mail any remaining product to:

PLEASE NOTE: Do not send any receipts or products back to the manufacturer, only to StHealthy Hunter, LLC.

Once the product is received, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically made within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than seven business days have passed since the refund was initiated, please double-check your bank account or credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company or bank for any pending transactions. If you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us at info@sthealthyhunter.com.

Exchanges

All exchanges require initial approval and proof of purchase. Exchanges will only be approved for the same item if the original was defective or damaged. Please email a copy of your receipt along with your reason for requesting the exchange to info@sthealthyhunter.com. You will receive a response generally within 2-3 business days.

Once your return is approved, please package and mail the damaged/defective product to:

PLEASE NOTE: Do not send any receipts or products back to the manufacturer, only to StHealthy Hunter, LLC.

Once the product is received a replacement will be shipped back to you.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
