It is fun to experiment with different flavor combinations, and most of us are familiar with and love the combination of sweet and savory. Salsa comes in different varieties and tastes, but pineapple salsa would have to be one of my favorites. Though traditionally served with dishes like fish, I thought… why wouldn’t it be delicious with wildgame steak with a few extra flavor touches?! This simple and flavorful recipe can be enjoyed on its own, with tortilla chips, or as shown here, used as a topping on wildgame meat. We hope you enjoy!
