It is hard to beat homemade salsa, whether it be in the summer or winter months. We love enjoying our salsa with tortilla chips, but have also found how delicious it is to combine with our farm fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning. This salsa recipe has a unique twist with the addition of peanuts, while having a fresh flavor with the combination of the other ingredients that are present. It is packed with nutrition, healthy fats, and protein that we think your entire family will love!
