Parmesan crusted steak is a seared steak with a melty parmesan crust cheese mix that adds a layer of creaminess to the steak. It is usually found in steakhouses, but can be made in the comfort of your home very easily with a cut of steak of your choice.

Ingredients:

2 pounds steak (from animal of your choice, cut of your choice)

pinch of salt and pepper/steak seasoning of your choice

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 Tbsp. breadcrumbs

4 Tbsp. butter, melted

2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:

Make parmesan crust before cooking steak. Take grated parmesan cheese and mix into ranch dressing. Add in breadcrumbs, then add in melted butter and combine well. Set aside.

Prepare steaks to be cooked with salt, pepper, and steaking seasoning of your choice.

Grill steak just shy of desired doneness.

Turn on broil in oven and allow to preheat.

Place steaks on cooking sheet and top with parmesan crust mixture. When broil is heated, place steaks in oven to broil for 1-2 minutes or until parmesan crust has browned.

Remove from oven and allow to rest.
