Chef D shares his easy homemade pasta noodle technique and recipe! Make up your noodles, cook fresh, and store for all your favorite pasta dishes!


  • 1 1/2C “00” flour

  • 1/2C semolina 

  • 3 large eggs

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 2T olive oil

  • As needed all purpose flour


  1. In a bowl: mix flour, semolina and salt

  2. Make a “well”, add eggs.

  3. Mix dry ingredients from outside into eggs with a fork evenly.

  4. Once a dough starts to form, fold and press dough from outside to inside.

  5. Flour table and finish working the dough.

  6. Let rest for 30 minutes. 

Making the pasta:

  1. Roll out on floured surface. 

  2. Form into rectangle.

  3. Roll through every setting or every other setting twice.

  4. Cut, flour and store.
