These simple and quick air fryer garlic butter steak bites are low-carb and high protein! They are perfect to serve as an appetizer or pair with sides to make a delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:

32 oz. steak (can be beef or your choice of wild game), cut into bite-size pieces

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

2 tsp. chili powder
-
1 tsp. garlic powder
-
1 tsp. onion powder
For the Garlic Butter:

3 Tbsp. butter
-
1 tsp. garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions:

Toss steak with olive oil. Mix the brown sugar and spices together, then coat the steak evenly. Set aside.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Once heated, add steak to basket and fry for approximately 8 minutes, or to your desired level of doneness.

While the steak cooks, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley.

When steak is finished, toss in garlic butter mixture before serving.
Steak cut into bite-size pieces.
