Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These simple and quick air fryer garlic butter steak bites are low-carb and high protein! They are perfect to serve as an appetizer or pair with sides to make a delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 32 oz. steak (can be beef or your choice of wild game), cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 2 tsp. chili powder

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 3 Tbsp. butter

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:

  • Toss steak with olive oil. Mix the brown sugar and spices together, then coat the steak evenly. Set aside.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Once heated, add steak to basket and fry for approximately 8 minutes, or to your desired level of doneness.

  • While the steak cooks, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley.

  • When steak is finished, toss in garlic butter mixture before serving.


Steak cut into bite-size pieces.


Steak coated and ready to be air fried.
