Elk Steak Fajitas

Cook time: 5-6 hours

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds of elk steak, sliced into strips

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 onion, sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • tortilla wraps, shredded cheese, and sour cream (to top fajitas)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a crockpot and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

  • Place crockpot on LOW and allow to slow cook for 5-6 hours.

  • Spoon mixture into tortillas after slow cooking and top with shredded cheese and sour cream!


All ingredients in crockpot ready to slow cook!
