Ingredients:

1.5 pounds of elk steak, sliced into strips

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup water

1 Tbsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

tortilla wraps, shredded cheese, and sour cream (to top fajitas)
Directions

Add all ingredients to a crockpot and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

Place crockpot on LOW and allow to slow cook for 5-6 hours.

Spoon mixture into tortillas after slow cooking and top with shredded cheese and sour cream!
