Spinach dip is a popular appetizer for most, and what better way than to make it with healthy ingredients AND in a crockpot?!

  • 10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry with paper towel

  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • pinch of salt and pepper


  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  • Place ingredients in slow cooker on low until heated through, then reduce heat to warm, stirring occasionally.

  • Serve with your choice of chip, cracker, or veggie!
