Spinach dip is a popular appetizer for most, and what better way than to make it with healthy ingredients AND in a crockpot?!

Ingredients:

10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry with paper towel

1/2 cup light sour cream

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Place ingredients in slow cooker on low until heated through, then reduce heat to warm, stirring occasionally.

Serve with your choice of chip, cracker, or veggie!
