Ingredients:

3/4 lb. elbow pasta

1 lb. ground meat (ground elk was used in our version)

2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup water

garlic powder, salt, and pepper (to taste)
Directions:

Cook pasta to desired doneness and drain.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 9×13” baking dish.

In a skillet, brown and chop ground meat. Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to browning meat to infuse flavors.

Add cooked pasta, tomato soup, water, and HALF of the cheese to the skillet with browned ground meat. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Pour the mixture into greased 9×13” baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for additional 5 minutes.
