  • 8 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

  • 1 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard


  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  • Can be topped with fresh herbs or shredded cheese, if desired.

  • Serve over bread, lettuce bowls, etc. Enjoy!
