  • 3 apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp)

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon


  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

  • Peel skin off of the apples and slice into 1/2 inch wedges.

  • In 3 separate bowls, add flour to one, scrambled eggs in a second, and graham cracker crumbs in a third. Set aside.

  • Take each apple wedge and coat in the following order: flour, egg batter, graham cracker crumbs.

  • Place coated apple slices in air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.

  • While apples are cooking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

  • Remove apple slices from air fryer and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture while still warm.

  • Serve with warm caramel sauce or ice cream and enjoy.
