Ingredients:

3 apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp)

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Peel skin off of the apples and slice into 1/2 inch wedges.

In 3 separate bowls, add flour to one, scrambled eggs in a second, and graham cracker crumbs in a third. Set aside.

Take each apple wedge and coat in the following order: flour, egg batter, graham cracker crumbs.

Place coated apple slices in air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.

While apples are cooking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Remove apple slices from air fryer and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture while still warm.

Serve with warm caramel sauce or ice cream and enjoy.
