Welcome to Food Friday! Today we interview Essie Schultz, owner of Great Grain Bread Company in Fleetwood, PA. She discusses topics of the microbiome, gut-brain axis, and the benefits of sourdough. You can learn more on her IG channel @goodgrainbreadco. She shares how to make your sourdough starter and encourages everyone to try their hand at stone milling flour and making your own bread!
